Before you jump to Veg soup topped with Crispy fried noodles recipe, you may want to read this short interesting healthy tips about Choosing Fast Food That’s Very good For You.

Almost each and every “get healthy” and “weight loss” document you read will tell you to skip the drive through and make all of your meals yourself. There’s some worth to that. From time to time, though, you definitely do not want to make an entire meal for your family or even just for yourself. Sometimes you just wish to reach the drive through on the way home and call it a day. Why shouldn’t you be able to do this from time to time and not have a bunch of guilt about slipping up on your diet regime? You are able to do this because many of the popular joints are now marketing “healthy” menu alternatives to keep their businesses up. Here’s how it is possible to eat healthfully while you are at a fast food restaurant.

Your beverage should be water or juice or milk. Drinking a large soda allows hundreds of empty fat laden calories into your diet. A sole serving of soda is normally thought to be eight ounces. That portion may contain many spoonfuls of sugar along with at least a hundred calories. Most fast food soda sizes start at twenty ounces. It is usually a minimum of 30 ounces. This ensures that just buying a soft drink will add cupfulls of sugar and thousands of empty calories to your diet regime. Water, fruit juice and also milk, on the other hand, are better choices.

Common logic tells us that one certain way to get healthy and lose fat is to drop the drive through and to banish fast food restaurants from your thoughts. While, in most cases, this is a good idea, if you make sensible choices, there is no reason to feel guilty for visiting a drive through one or two times a month. Often what you need most is just to have another person do the cooking. If you choose healthy things, the shame usually associated with hitting the drive through shouldn’t be so bad.

Take oil & butter in a pan, once heated add in the garlic saute, add in veggies, salt and black pepper and saute for less than 5 mins.
