  2. You need 1 Mustard
  3. Prepare 1 box McCormick Sweet & Smoky rub
  4. Get 1 cup 100% Maple syrup
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup Bourbon
  6. Use 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  7. Take 2 tbsp Light brown sugar
  8. You need 1 packages Parkay margarine
Instructions to make Maple Bourbon Beef Back Ribs:
  1. Remove beef back membrane or score if too difficult to remove. Rub both sides of rack with your choice of mustard. Apply beef rub generously. Preheat smoker to 225°F.
  2. Place beef ribs on grate. After one hour, squirt ribs with Parkay margarine. Repeat every 45 mins to an hour for about 4 hours.
