The ingredients needed to prepare Meatloaf:
  1. Get Ground beef
  2. Prepare Dry quick oats
  3. Get Tomato sauce
  4. Take Yellow onion
  5. Take Green bell pepper
  6. Prepare Eggs
  7. Get Worcestershire sauce
  8. Use Hickory smoked barbecue sauce

Steps to make Meatloaf:
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Dice onion and bell pepper.
  3. Mix all ingredients, except ketchup, by hand in large mixing bowl until well blended.

  9. Remove meatloaf and cool for 5 minutes. Slice and serve.
